Choi to the world!

Football fans, which around here generally means KJ Choi, Sleepless, and 8yearoldsdude, have probably heard of the Bill Walsh Coaching Tree and later the Mike Holmgren Coaching Tree. A bunch of coaches who've been on one guy's staff at one point all become successful head coaches in their own right later.

So on a much smaller scale and for a lot less money, we're slowly developing a Bend It blogging tree. First 8yearoldsdude started his own last November, and now my beloved contributor and dear friend KJ Choi has started her own this past week. http://kristabella.wordpress.com. There's a rumor going around that you may even find out her real name.

Needless to say, I don't throw recommendations around lightly, but I hope you'll find it as entertaining as I do. While previously unreported, Choi was a journalism major in college, and I can confirm that she certainly can write just as much as I can, and quite entertainingly as well. Goodness knows we don't agree all the time, but I always respect her opinion. Even if she thinks Meredith deserved romance from Shepherd and the vet without doing anything to earn it. (The loaded statement is all mine). So by all means, Choi. Go forth and spread the joy that is your word. I've certainly got your back. And now there's two chances that someone might transcribe and deliver one of our Grey's or OCk text conversations to the populace. And now I can look for someone else to harass about feeding the tree.
